1. Product Details:
The ZA-UVBOT-I under vehicle inspection robot is an intelligent inspection device that uses a small intelligent chassis equipped with a linear array scanning camera to perform imaging inspection on the vehicle chassis. Through the matching display and control terminal (tablet), it can automatically align with the vehicle under test and intelligently plan the path to complete the chassis inspection of the vehicle under test with one click; there will have a complete high-definition full-color chassis image and automatically recognized license plate number can be obtained after one inspection.
This product is widely used. It can automatically scan and image small vehicles , medium and large buses, and trucks with clear images . ZA-UVBOT-1 can effectively prevent the detection of whether there are dangerous goods such as bombs, weapons, and drugs hidden under the vehicle , as well as detect whether there are illegal acts such as modification. Which is suitable for government agencies, military management, banks, stations and docks, customs and border defense, important conference security and other places. Due to its strong mobility, it is also very efficient and convenient for surprise inspections in public places such as large supermarket parking lots and residential parking lots.
2. Working principle :
ZA-UVBOT-1 adopts a car-type intelligent chassis and is equipped with a line-array scanning camera. It integrates the license plate capture and recognition function. It uses the information collected by lidar and cameras for positioning and autonomously performs path specifications through algorithms. Without manual intervention, there will be no traveling deviation. In the event of falling out of the car or colliding with the car body, automatic scanning of the stationary vehicle chassis and license plate recognition will be completed normally. The small car can also be remotely controlled through a wireless handheld display and control terminal to manually review and confirm the chassis of the stationary vehicle being tested.
3. Functional advantages:

The underbody inspection robot mainly consists of laser radar, linear array scanning camera, reflective switch, camera, power supply module, LED component, network connection component, core processing component, motor drive, wheels, etc. The schematic diagram is as follows:
Note: The reflector switch controls the on and off of the ceiling light and side light. Do not cover the reflector switch when in use.
